Research Impact: Traditional and Alternative Metrics In-Person
Learn about library tools that measure the academic impact (journal impact factor and citation counts) and societal impact (usage, mentions, captures, and social media) of research. This workshop will help graduate students (especially those who plan to have careers in academia or research) and faculty demonstrate the contribution of their scholarly output (articles, blog posts, books, presentations, syllabi, videos, etc.) for tenure, promotion, grants, accreditation and program reviews.
- Registration is required; this session is limited to 30 participants.
