Room Capacity

 For UHManoa Students Only
    (Valid ID required at check-in. Picture ID must match the last name of the person who booked the room.)
    (Only @hawaii.edu email can be used.)

1. Pick a date and a room.

2. Mark available slots (max 3 hrs/day, 6 hrs/wk)

3. Submit with required information.
    (A confirmation email will be sent.)

4. Confirm in 30 minutes to secure your slots.

5. Check-in at the circulation desk to enter the room.
    (Must be the person who made the reservation.)

Note: A Daily maximum of 3 hours can be booked.
